Policy of the Management in the field of quality is the aspiration to be the leader in sphere of the activity, desire of creation of reputation of the reliable partner having qualified professionals for faultless performance of requirements of customers on all spectrum of works and services, maintenance of the organisation capable adequately and effectively to plan work according to established requirements. The management also aspires to reach and increase trust to "EnergomashKapital" PLC from outside customers, and also partners and subcontractors by an explanation of this policy and applied system of a quality management. Therefore the Management supervises the system of the quality management based on the standard of GOST R ISO 9001-2001 and stated in quality manual and arch of standards of the organisation.

For achievement of the purposes we are guided by following principles:

  • to complitly satisfy requirements of customers;
  • to keep personal responsibility for quality of carried out works on the workplace;
  • in own activity to make use of the stored experience, that number in the field of atomic engineering, considering the newest foreign and Russian workings out and providing observance of standards;
  • take a permanent job on improvement of professional skill of workers of the organisation, giving particular attention to maintenance of professional level of the experts occupied with performance of works on delivery of the equipment and granting of services to the maintaining organisations of the nuclear power station.
  • take a permanent job in searches and workings out of the best materials, technologies, projects, the equipment;
  • to take and to carry out works in full conformity with norms, rules and requirements of the Customer;
  • to control and to support the effective organisation and the quality management system, capable to meet the co-ordinated requirements of the Customer at the optimum price of costs.

One of key elements is that each worker or the division included in process, feels responsibility and operates for satisfaction of these requirements.
We continuously work over perfection of organizational structure of the organisation (including personnel training), allowing "EnergomashKapital" PLC effectively to operate for realisation of the project or ideas of the customer in a life.
We achieve, that all actions were carried out on the lawful bases, according to the legislation on a labour safety and environment, the state safety rules and working conditions etc.
We create working atmosphere in which the efforts of the qualified and competent workers directed on improvement of efficiency and creation of good office relations for achievement of the purposes set forth above are encouraged.
We achieve, that each new worker has been acquainted and participated in achievement of the purposes set forth above.
We aspire to that each partner, the subcontractor, the supplier have been etc. acquainted with these purposes and if it is required, supported them.
For achievement of objects in view are accepted and all measures, irrespective of time and expenses which on it be required will be taken. Each worker of "EnergomashKapital" PLC works in strict conformity with the quality manual and organisation standards. All heads of "EnergomashKapital" PLC (according to positions of this manual) should guarantee that in their divisions requirements of a quality manual, standards of the organisation and working instructions are observed. For achievement of tasks in view in the field of quality the quality department has been created. The assistant to the general director on quality is responsible for work of the given department of quality and is submitting directly to the general director.
